Instead of using the standard preview/scan workow in FlexColor,

click on the 3f button to open the Scan 3f window.

Make the various 3f settings as described in the FlexColor User’s

Guide. Note the following:

Use the Destination setting to select a parent folder in which to

save your 3f les. If you would like to create a new sub-folder for

each batch, mark the Add job folder check box; then, each time

you begin a new 3f batch scan, FlexColor will create a new sub-

folder below the Destination folder and save the new scans there.

Either way, the contents of the most recently used folder will be

displayed in the FlexColor Thumbnails window immediately aer

the batch is nished.

All images will have a name based on the value entered in the Im-

age Name eld, plus a unique number.

When the Batch Feeder is mounted, the frame is always auto de-

tected before each scan. is is because batches are likely to con-

tain several dierent original formats.
